Step 2 Do you want to change?
Now that you have assessed your executive skills, it is important that you reflect on whether you want to improve the ones you could be better at.
Do you want to commit to the hard work that improving yourself entails?
Write a short text in which you explain why you want to/do not want to change. Explain your choice. Explain experiences you have had in the past to support your argument.
This training is about you. Only you can make the change. If you are not willing to do so, it is better that you realize this before the training strarts.
